Can you print more than one pet on a puzzle?

We can print more then one pet file onto puzzles.

Do you do human portraits?

We are happy to do a pet and owner together.

Does it matter what's in the background of my photo?

No it does not matter what is featured in the background, we recommend having diversity in your puzzle to make matching pieces simple and clear.

What do I do if I my puzzle is missing a piece?

In the rare case a piece is missing from your puzzle please contact our support and we will attend to your issue as soon as it is brought to our attention.

Can I change the background colour of my canvas?

To change or add custom backgrounds please add a detailed description in your order note, our graphics team will try our best to complete according and cross check final results via email for 100% approval.

What if my photo is in black and white?

This is no issue. However a consideration is it will be more challenging to match pieces with less colouration in your puzzle.

Can I personalised this gift with my pet's name?

Absolutely, each custom puzzle comes with a personalised box to insert your pets name - (Personalised Puzzles)

Is my credit card details secure?

For security reasons we will never store your credit card information. We process all orders via Shopify Payments, whose secure server and encryption technology goes above and beyond security industry standards.
