At Pet Puzzle we use 100% natural food grade dye's and recycled wood, to ensure our puzzles are made in the most sustainable and earth friendly way.

Size Guide

XL 1000 Puzzle: Measures 50cm x 70cm, and typically takes 8-12 hours to complete.

L 500 Puzzle: Measures 50cm x 70cm, and typically takes 5-7 hours to complete.

M 260 Puzzle: Measures 34cm x 48cm, and typically takes 2-3 hours to complete.

Shipping & Returns

All orders are made and shipped from our warehouse on the Gold Coast.

Manufacturing time of your custom puzzle can be between 5-7 days. Once complete your order will be shipped.

  • Express Shipping costs $19.99 (1-4 business days)

You have 30 days to send back your purchase for a full refund, so long as your order is in new, unused condition.

Your puzzle file formats should be (jpeg, png, tiff) and minimum resolution of 300dpi.

How long will it take to receive?

Most orders arrive within 8 - 10 business days from the day that you order.

Where are they made?

All puzzles are made in our factory on the Gold Coast, Australia.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You will receive a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

What happens if I don't like my puzzle?

If you change your mind (it happens to the best of us), or wish to return an unwanted gift, we are here to help. You can return for exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery.

Is my image good enough?

File formats should be (jpeg, png, tiff) and minimum resolution of 300dpi. We check all puzzle photos as we receive new orders. If there's an issue we'll contact you via email to request more photos.

The best photos are taken in natural daylight (no flash), and at eye-level.
