Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse on Gold Coast, via Australia Post.

How long will it take to receive a custom puzzle?

We dispatch orders within 5 working days

Your order should arrive within 5-8 business days.

For customers in WA and NT, orders should arrive within 7-12 business days.

While the vast majority of our orders arrive on time, once in a while an order may be delayed for reasons outside our control. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us - (Click Here) 

How much for shipping?

  • Standard Shipping costs $11.99 (2-8 business days)

  • Express Shipping costs $19.99 (1-4 business days)

How do I track my order?

After you've ordered, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a ‘Track Order’ button.

Can I change my shipping address?

Provided your order has not shipped yet, yes. Please email us the new details and we will change this over for you.

I'm having delivery issues

If your item still hasn’t been delivered after 14 days, please contact us and we can launch an investigation.

Refunds

As your order is 100% unique and custom made just for you and your pet, we do not accept returns / refunds.

If you have a problem with your order, let us know and we'll fix it for you.

Remember, we offer artwork previews and unlimited revisions so you can make sure you're 100% happy with your artwork before printing!
